Our website is used by children typically under 13, elementary grade school children.  All students must register with only first name and initial of the last name, their or their parent’s email address, school, and grade.  We secure affirmative parental approval before access is granted.  Beyond this basic information necessary to verify the individual, parent’s permission, and create an account, we do not collect information provided by users under the age of 13, nor do we solicit information from users under the age of 13.  As noted elsewhere in our privacy policy, we do not disclose information collected.

Fair Information Practices
Should a data breach occur, we will notify registered users via email within seven days. We will notify all users via site notification within seven days.
